You’ll own a high-value client patch — nurturing best-in-class partnerships, delivering standout branded content and digital solutions, and creating long-term results our clients feel, see and want more of.

The Gig
You’ll lead the charge in your client patch — building relationships, shaping solutions and driving revenue with clarity, hustle and heart. In practice, that means:
In Market
- Owning and growing a high-value pipeline, turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.
- Consistently hitting (and aiming to exceed) revenue targets across agencies and direct clients.
- Responding fast, delivering standout service, and setting the benchmark for client experience.
- Proactively opening new doors and crafting materials that convert interest into bookings.
- Building smart, efficient sales plans that land targets while managing costs.
- Producing proposals that align with our products, pricing and strategic direction.
- Showing up in market as a confident, compelling ambassador for Urban List.
- Strengthening relationships with top-tier clients and media agencies — and nurturing them into repeat business.
- Delivering excellent account management and uncovering new paths for growth with your client portfolio.
Internally
- Collaborating with editorial, branded content, production and commercial teams to bring aligned opportunities to life.
- Bringing strategic thinking, creativity and motivation to every brief, pitch and partnership.
- Owning campaign delivery end-to-end — on time, on budget, and on brief.
- Providing clear forecasting, reporting and market insight that helps us plan and move with intent.
- Being the voice of the market internally — what clients want, what’s shifting, and where the opportunities lie.
- Partnering closely with production to ensure our campaigns meet expectations and business goals.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members, lifting capability and confidence across the team.
Skills & Attributes That Set You Apart

- 5+ years’ media sales experience, with a proven ability to build, grow and retain high-value partnerships.
